Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

You will report directly to the Project Manager.

Your task will include but are not limited to:
• Manage the ACONEX account and upload documents for submission to clients.
• Prepare memos, business letters/correspondence, weekly report, monthly report and office documents.
• Maintain document, drawing, material and Inspection log sheets
• Prepare and process payment certificates and Invoices
• File and track incoming and outgoing documents.
• Assist the Project Manager and Engineers on all the documentation requirements.
• Responsible for organizing the company files soft & hard copies
• Manage and update records/databases of personnel, projects and other data.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Ensure proper recording and transmitting all incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, specifications, receipt of documents, minutes of meetings and other project documentation.
• Maintain a good inventory stock lists and orders office stationeries and supplies as needed.
• Establish and Maintain the Database Management of Project at the site.
• You will be the point of contact on site for Clients, subcontractors, and consultants

Requirements

• College Graduate
• Minimum of 3 years work experience, as Document Controller in a Construction Company.
• Familiarity with ACONEX is an advantage.
• Prior experience in Gulf Region is required.
• Proficient typing skills, good computer skills/knowledge and in working on MS Office applications.
• You should be well-organized and pay attention to details.
• You should be able to handle multiple tasks, flexible and able to work under pressure and deliver work in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate effectively with customers, superiors, and co-workers
• Good command of both written & spoken English.
• Have the ability to prepare reports and statistics, whenever required
• Have the ability to work independently, with very minimal supervision
• Time-management skills
