Job description / Role
• Document Retention & Filing, Document Circulation.
• Scanning all documents (Inquiries, letters, correspondences, Gate passes, etc….) Ensuring all documents are numbered, controlled, filed and distributed correctly
• Creating a master filing chart, Creating same chart structure on PC, Filing all the documents as per master filing chart in cabinets, in the system and Updating files as per check list
• Coordinating with Head office. Participating in site audits as directed
• Receive and log correspondence, reports and forward to appropriate person.
• To handle confidential business related documents and office related issues.
• General Correspondence, Maintain Contacts (Customers, Suppliers etc…)
• Any other responsibility that may be assigned as per work requirements to handle all incoming and outgoing calls at the reception. Office mail routing. Courier Services.
Requirements
• College graduate
• Excellent communication skills both oral & written.
• Computer Literate; MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Outlook)
• Excellent typing speed.
• Document Controlling & Organizational Skills
