Job description / Role
Document Controller position is available within a leading law firm in UAE. Position is based in Dubai office, either on a part-time basis or full time basis.
Job description shall include:
• Secretarial duties and assistance for record keeping, organization of documents and archiving.
• Copying, scanning and storing documents.
• Sorting, retrieving and archiving documents by storing electronic and hard copy documents.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
• Producing document archiving progress reports for senior managers
Requirements
Skills required:
• Knowledge of English and Arabic.
• Documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Planning.
• Communication Skills.
• Document Management.
• No degree or diploma specific to Document Control is required.
• Previous experience in similar position in a law firm would be a plus.
• English and Arabic language proficiency is a must and knowledge in legal terms or working previously for a law firm in a secretarial or paralegal position would be an added advantage
