Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Help in establishing Real estate related forms and sales documents.
• Register Customers as per company policy.
• Prepare Reservation agreement (RA), Sales and Purchase agreement (SPA), Know your customer (KYC) document with customers through all sales channels.
• Collect other documents from the customers (Sale or sale with Mortgage or lease to own) as per Authority requirement and Internal Policy.
• Copy, scan, and archive documents physically and digitally using company systems.
• Conduct periodical quality Check reviews to ensure accuracy and completion of transactions.
• Retrieve files as requested by management and clients.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sales transactions and customer details.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
• Ensure completeness of sale documents of unit during different stages of project construction.
• Assist real estate manager for Land Department requirements from real estate developers.
• Clearing I T system issues with DLD system
• Dispatching SPA and other related documents, if any, to international clients
• Delivering Units ‘Hand over documents to end users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Proven work experience as a Document Controller in real estate company in Dubai with at least 4 years of experience.
• Familiarity with all the procedures to sell using different sales methods / lease of building & units as per Dubai Land Department requirements.
• Hands-on experience using ERP (system), MS Office, Dubai Land Department system (Ejari, Oqodi, etc..)
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
• Proficient typing and communications skills both Verbally and in written format.
• Fluent in English and understand Arabic
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• To be successful in this role, should have previous experience reviewing documents along with the ability to spot errors.
