Position Title: Document Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus

Job Description:

-Manage project-related documents, ensuring proper version control, and tracking of documents such as shop drawings, design specifications, and B.O.Q.
-Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Operations) and external stakeholders (customers, fabricators) to ensure seamless document flow and status updates.
-Coordinate the submission and verification of documents between estimation teams and clients, including handling RFIs (Requests for Information) and identifying missing information.
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project documents, ensuring they are securely managed, and foster a transparent, collaborative, and positive work environment within the team.

Qualifications:

• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of UAE experience in similar role from Aluminum and Glazing industry, preferably in Aluminum system supply professional
