Job description / Role
Guildhall is providing recruitment support on one of the regions largest infrastructure projects which is due to last for the next 5 years. This project is key to delivering the next milestone of the vision of the UAE and its neighbouring countries.
We are looking for a document controller to:
- Prepare the document numbering procedure, document control procedures and document management plan.
- Created documentation workflow and processes for all types of documentation
- Ensure the system is effectively configured to accommodate all types of documents such as letters, reports, invoices, estimates, drawings, certificates etc.
- Coordinate with consultants, PMC and contractors to implement best practice and clear communication lines
Requirements
in order to be considered for this position, applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- 8+ years in documentation control
- Construction industry experience ideally in infrastructure
- Must have experience working for a construction contractor
