Job description / Role
We are seeking a skilled Document Controller & Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documents and records, as well as providing reception and administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic documents, ensuring proper filing and documentation control procedures
- Oversee the distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents, maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Support the reception area by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper document management and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and improvement of document control processes and systems
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
- Proven experience in document control and/or receptionist roles
- Proficient in using document management software and office equipment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
