The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller Graduate to support a portfolio of projects for one of our key clients in Abu Dhabi as part of our Project Controls team within our Oil, Gas & New Energies business.

The key objectives for this role are:
- Learn and assist with project documentation processes and standards.
- Support the setup and maintenance of document control systems.
- Ensure timely processing and distribution of project documents.
- Gain experience with document workflows and data accuracy.
- Develop skills to support compliance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Assist with registering, tracking, and filing project documents and drawings.
- Help maintain version control and ensure proper documentation handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams for document updates and submissions.
- Learn to generate and maintain document status reports.
- Support the document controller team with administrative tasks.

Expected:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Administration) or a high school graduate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional engineering environment.
