Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans for projects related to Parking Management, Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, and Access Control Systems. This role requires precision, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers to bring innovative solutions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings for ELV systems based on project requirements and design inputs.
- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and system block diagrams.
- Coordinate with ELV engineers to ensure drawing accuracy and project specifications.
- Update and revise drawings as per site changes and red-line markups.
- Maintain an organized library of drawings and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and client specifications.
- Assist in material submittal preparations when needed.

- Proven experience as a Draftsman in the fields of Parking Management, ELV, or Access Control Systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and electrical/mechanical schematics related to ELV and Access Control Systems.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE industry codes and regulations is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
