The drama teacher will lead an engaging and industry-connected drama program, fostering students' performance, storytelling, and stagecraft skills. The curriculum covers classical and contemporary theatre, improvisation, scriptwriting, and technical production, with a strong emphasis on creative expression and professional industry practices. With access to cutting-edge performance spaces, collaborations with theatre companies, and guest artist workshops, the teacher will provide students with opportunities to develop their craft in both traditional and emerging performance mediums. The role involves directing student productions, integrating interdisciplinary approaches, and preparing students for further study or careers in the performing arts.
