Due to the continued success of our GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar, we are looking to recruit a Drama Teacher for August 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to gain valuable international exposure, or for more experienced teachers to take the next step in their career with a global leading company and within a world-class international school located in the heart of Dubai.

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will need to:

• Embody and role model our core values of grow, flourish, and mindfulness.
• Hold a BEd or bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
• Have proven experience of teaching Drama to GCSE level.
• Have the ability to share exemplary teaching practices.
• Possess a creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning and teaching.
• Have the aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
