Job description / Role
• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients and businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
• Receiving payments for delivered items.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation regulations and maintaining safe driving attitude and records at all times.
• Preparing reports and other documents related to delivery.
• Conduct inspection of vehicle to ensure its safety and maintenance.
Requirements
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for a considerable period of time.
• High school diploma with good commands in English language (written and spoken).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and time management skills.
• Valid local driver's license - manual (mandatory) light weight
• Clean driving records.
