Responsibilities

We are looking for a Messenger/Operations Assistant to join our in-house facilities management team in Abu Dhabi.

Driving

- Awareness of traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
- Deliver and collect documents, in a timely manner
- Ensure the vehicle is maintained in terms of servicing, safety, cleanliness and hygiene (interior and exterior) and reporting maintenance issues
- Driving passengers (including VIPs) as instructed
- Planning journeys ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip and adjusting en-route, using navigation apps when necessary

Operations

- Undertaking/assisting with MEP inspections and associated minor maintenance
- Implementing and recording PPM
- Assisting with in-house reprographics services and ad hoc administrative duties, as required

- Industrial training institute diploma in MEP
- Clean UAE driving license with more than two years' driving experience in the UAE
