Driver (VIP Clients And Admin Support)

About the Client:

Our client is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai. They are seeking a reliable and professional driver to primarily serve VIP clients and support day-to-day administrative errands when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe and timely transportation for VIP clients, management and guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Plan routes and ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off based on schedules or client requests.
- Assist with administrative duties such as document delivery, pick-ups from government offices and other office-related errands.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
- Support the office team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver in the UAE, preferably serving VIPs or in a corporate setting.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Presentable appearance and courteous behavior.
- Good communication skills in English
- Punctual, trustworthy and discreet.
- Flexible with work hours when needed.
