Driving Instructor (Heavy Bus)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Driving Training Instructor (Heavy Bus) with experience in delivering and evaluating trainings for school bus drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and evaluate training programmes for bus drivers
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Deliver induction programmes and refresher courses for drivers and bus guardians
• Design, develop, and manage training materials in line with changing industry practices
• Collaborate with operations to tailor training to increase efficiency
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), prepare a training calendar, and recommend Learning & Development plans

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years in training design and delivery within the transportation, mobility, or education industries
• Proven experience in delivering defensive driver training

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Training delivery qualification (e.g., Train the Trainer)
• Strong communication, design, and presentation skills
• Language: English & Hindi/Urdu

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 100% Tuition fee concession & 50% Transport fee concession in GEMS MM (Asian School), Aifare (Self) & Medical Insurance (Self)
