Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- To assist the head of department in managing and ensuring smooth operation of the hotel
- Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing a high standard of service in line with policies and procedures
- Helps increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts
- Provides a warm and personalized welcome to guests
- Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks
- Takes care of the arrival and departure processes for guests, ensuring they take as little time as possible
- Informs guests about the formalities, any special conditions relating to their stay and the services available
- Handles phone calls and manages the reservation schedule
- To have a full working knowledge and capability to manage, supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks to the standard set
- To assign responsibilities to associates and to check their performance daily.
- Maintain a logbook of all guest and staff incident reports and submit to the management.
- Support associate needs in departments based on the hotel priorities and anticipated business levels.
- To assist and be responsible of Le Club members, Frequent Flyer program and VIP guests
- Promotes the hotel's range of services in order to increase sales
- Applies and actively supports the hotel's pricing policy
- Encourages customer loyalty by promoting the Le Club program
- Respects the procedures governing invoicing and cash operations
- Writes a nightly activity report for hotel management'
- Ensures the enrollment and entry of points for all Le Club stay memberships

Requirements

Skills
- Level of Education Vocational education Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 1 to 2 years Languages essential English

Essential and optional requirements
- Desired candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with a minimum of 2 years' similar experience.
- Must be computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a passion for service quality and excellence.
- Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Ibis service standards and AccorHotels values with guests and associates.
