• Develop the e-Commerce road-map and strategy
• Drive the digital agenda within the business
• Manage all stakeholders
• Identify best practice across traffic, conversion, retention, CX and operations
• Track and monitor the success of the e-Commerce business unit

Requirements
• Bachelors degree or above
• Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 at a pure play digital company
• Strong holistic understanding of e-Commerce
