Job description / Role
The eCommerce Lead will be responsible for overseeing all coordination for the e-commerce activities by enhancing and maintaining the website, providing insightful analysis of online sales, competitor activities, pricing strategies. The eCommerce Lead will also be responsible for website traffic, customer engagement, and operations & logistics feedback.

Description
The eCommerce Lead will be responsible for the following:
* Liaise with developer to optimize website & apps
* Work closely with the marketing department to ensure promotions and deals are accurately replicated on the site
* Work on email automation, AdWords, AdSense, SEO
* Optimise Google Analytics to obtain insight on website health,performance of campaigns, promotions, customer profiling, and online sales
* Liaise with the Ops and Logistics team for day to day function and deliveries
* Manage customer service and resolve customer service related issues
* Generate sales report and prepare summary report on various modes of payment with reconciliation on actual amounts received
* Prepare and circulate monthly e-commerce report
* Obtain and secure updated source code for website and application from the developer

Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following:
* Must have worked in a managerial role for an e-Commerce business
* Must have a strong Digital Marketing background, but also understand the Ops and technical side
* Ability to analyse information and present it in a meaningful form
