Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned brand, who is looking to appoint an E-Commerce Manager to drive the online business growth whilst ensuring the best in-class customer experience is delivered.

As E-Commerce Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of online trading for the website, collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver sales targets, site experience, traffic and analytics. You will use the digital data to develop a seamless customer journey and will implement strategies to increase online sales conversion and customer retention. In addition to this you will design and manage the yearly plan in cooperation with the Marketing division to optimize campaign integration, platform roll-out, e-merchandising and customer journey through the use of CRM insights.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must hold a Degree in business studies or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a strategic sales/marketing role. In addition, you must have strong experience working in an E-commerce environment and deep understanding of website management. The successful candidate must possess the ability to adapt and respond quickly to fast changing environments, demonstrating excellent problem solving skills.
