E-Commerce Manager

Job description / Role

We are currently hiring an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing online operations for our retail, wholesale and online divisions.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all online activity across website & applications in relation to traffic acquisition, sales & reporting
- Work with external developers to improve and maintain the website & app speed and factuality
- Work with the marketing manager to implement online campaigns – uploading banners, updating product offers, creation of landing pages etc.
- Working with customer service for online customer order management – downloading orders, cancelling/closing orders, checking order payments, verifying new customers
- Manage implementations of new technologies
- Manage customer loyalty program with support of Accounts department
- Updating product prices & stocks across websites & app
- Creation of new products
- Updating stock availability in third party sites – Instashop, NowNow, Amazon

Requirements

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Proficient in Magento & Navision softwares
- Confidence in overseeing and supporting retail, e-commerce & wholesale - focused operations
- Good understanding of customer flow, UX and web analysis
- Good understanding of customer data reporting
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
