Job description / Role
Irwin & Dow are currently working in partnership with a leading E-commerce business in order to recruit for an Operations and Customer Assistant. You will be part of a well-established team, based in a central location in Dubai.
As operations assistant, you will assist the Operations Manager in managing the two departments: Logistics and Customer Service. You will Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation, retail store/customers. Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. You will be responsible for coordinating with the accounting department regarding invoices of suppliers of both consigned as well as non-consigned products and freight invoices.
Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process the shipments will also be your responsibility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a proven track record in a similar E-commerce business with 3 – 5 years’ experience. You must have customer service and logistics experience within this field.
If you have not been contacted within 3 – 4 days then unfortunately you have been unsuccessful in this role.
