Job description / Role
An E-Commerce well-being retail company which was established in 2018, is seeking an innovative and trend setting Social Media Executive to join their SME team in Dubai. To be successful in this role it is essential that you are an experienced social media individual with the skill set to ensure the brand is represented in the right way at all times. You will also possess the ability to monitor analytics and campaign success to constantly develop the brands positioning on a global scale.
Working closely with the CEO and the Creative Team based in Dubai and the USA, you will create the social media strategy and calendar of events to ensure you are reflecting recent trends in line with the overall product. You will have an operational understanding of stock and delivery updates to ensure customers are kept engaged and updated with regards to new product lines and promotions via social media channels. Therefore, it is essential that customer information is obtained, monitor and updated at all times. Sourcing and contacting influencers, the Social Media Executive will be passionate about this well-being brand and you will also act as an Ambassador to seek out new opportunities and ideas to enhance its market positioning. Part of the role will also ensure that campaigns are monitored via reports and analytics in order to develop best practices and success stories.
This is a highly collaborative role and therefore strong communication skills and a team approach are essential as you will be liaising with all departments including Merchandising, Marketing & PR, Customer Care and the Graphic Design teams both in the UAE and the USA. It is essential that you have the relevant experience within social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest and be confident in keeping up to date with all trends, to take a modern and innovative approach to these campaigns. The most suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate flair and creativity alongside strong product positioning skills and hold a relevant marketing degree or qualification.
