Position Title: E- Learning Instructional Designer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well-known multi-channel retail group in the Middle East
Job Description:
• Develop creative e-learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and industry standard tools and software
• Write creative content and develop presentations
• Perform training needs analysis, evaluate learning outcome and impact, and overall employ the ADDIE process
• Collect feedback & inputs from the target learners in the stores and the office, as and when required
• Support and coordinate the launch of training events as required, including venue hire, translation, training materials and invitations, gifts, display requirements, etc
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years in the L&D field, with a background on training delivery and development of soft skills training, including management courses
• Experience in producing a training Video
• Experience in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Retail experience is a must
