Role Summary:

The Early Career Traineeship is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.
Duration: 12 months

Essential Responsibilities:

- Candidates undertake challenging work activities in their area of discipline under close
- Supervision; network with peers, colleagues and leadership; undertake basic training and
- Development and receive formal developmental feedback. The program combines hands on experience with training to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to embark on a GE career.
- The candidate will be supporting the Quality function leading and deploying improvement initiatives within the gas turbine repair cell.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering
- Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale or global equivalent
- Authorized to work in UAE full-time and without restriction
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Demonstrated team player
- Confident self-starter who has demonstrated drive
- Excellent organization skills, ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
