Job description / Role
Eastern European Deputy Project Manager up to 13K AED plus single room and transpo
• Perform / coordinate the execution of all project management processes.
• Conduct a pre-job & continuing planning meetings to ensure that all project’s team fully understands the terms & conditions, clauses & schedules.
• Advise fellow project managers/site managers/engineers for any problems, work interference & schedule difficulties.
• Visit job sites daily & perform work inspection, check job progress, and understand properly & rectify and contract issues.
• Review labor productivity report with superintendent & foreman for each trade to foster effective project communication and help insure accurate labor projections.
• Take remedy initiative and keep the management updated about the team performance & project progress.
Requirements
• Open to Irish/Eastern European
• Male, Ideally 35 years old and below
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role
• At least 2 years GCC experience
• Solid background in Contracting or Construction Companies
• Has done projects in Abu Dhabi
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Salary up to 13K AED plus single room accommodation and transportation depending on experience and qualifications
