Position Title: Ecommerce cum Social Media Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the client:
The hiring company is a successful group of retail company, based in Dubai with focus on the trading of premium quality Consumer Electronics, Fashion, Baby Products, E-Commerce and others

Job Role:
• Manage overall performance of online platforms and develop relationships with main online marketplace leaders, partners
• Collaborate with other team and develop robust online marketing campaigns including acquiring new customers and maximize customers loyalty by innovative marketing tools
• Ensure effective SEO practices like programming, debugging, and testing of the online-based activities
• Ensure customers satisfaction by monitoring and evaluation of users behavior, reviewing customer service reports
• Prepare and regularly review policies, procedures and ensure compliance to the same
• Achieve net profit targets as per budget

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Asian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 5 years of related experience in handling Ecommerce platforms like website, mobile apps and other social media for electronics
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
