Job description / Role
We’re looking for a Growth and Sales-driven, E-commerce and Digital Marketing specialist with a track record of increasing sales and revenue. You will be responsible for creating and managing the marketing and e-commerce website sales funnel that will help Moon Kids Home grow further in the UAE market and beyond to the GCC and MENA Region.We need a critical thinker with a test-and-learn mindset, outstanding communication skills and creativity. You will constantly imagine new ways of engaging with customers to create a strong and loyal customer community that buy and recommend our products and services.
• Managing the process of updating the current website with new products, prices, copywriting product descriptions.
• Monitoring the day-to-day trading activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve agreed goals, improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty
• Define full marketing strategy, executing and optimising campaigns to achieve strong ROI across both company websites, online retailers and Amazon channels
• Manage and oversee companies various digital marketing channels - Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, PPC, Facebook Pixel
• Produce Social media content to the requirements of the managed platforms.
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
• Suggest and action activities for improving the quality of online and social media content
• Must have experience increasing brand awareness
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
• Develop and implement web optimization strategies to improve purchase conversion rate.
• Develop strategies behind A/B tests and monitor process to measure changes to our website. Responsible for assisting hypothesis creation, data collection, and briefing team on data results.
• Develop a strategic approach to product page improvements to ensure elements and changes are created, measured, and analysed by user experience data and conversion metrics.
• Responsible for improvements to site navigation architecture by understanding where user’s needs are not being met.
• Develop strategies that will maximize landing pages, shopping categories, next page paths and UX to guide customers through an optimized e-commerce funnel.
• Maintain and maximize e-commerce related funnels such as product recommendations widget, product add-ons, and shopping cart.
• Develop, implement, measure, and analyse e-commerce marketing funnel strategies.
• Develop a new internal site search solution to oversee the implementation.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of a new pricing/quotation solution.
• Create strategy and content for Email and Whatsapp marketing

• University Qualifications: BSC in Marketing / Digital Marketing, eCommerce
• Nature and length of previous experience: 4 years+
• Expert in WordPress, WooCommerce, Avada Website Builder, WPML
• Previous successful experience of eCommerce management and digital marketing to drive growth, within an SME Consumer Products business
• Demonstrable success of defining, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
• Strong technical understanding of how eCommerce websites operate and function and how to set them up for optimum results
• Proven track record in effectively managing Amazon and Amazon marketing tools
• Good experience of web analytics tools to interrogate KPI's
• Preferred experience with large SKU counts, direct-to-consumer businesses
• Strong understanding of video and copywriting advertising
• Advanced knowledge of Google analytics
• Strong understanding of digital and mobile marketing

Moon Kids was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2011. We are an established supplier of products for the young persons education industry providing design and build services giving Moon Kids the ability to provide Full Turn Key solutions to our clients.
We started our journey providing bespoke soft furnishing such as cushions, tepees and beanbags. Some of our first clients were nurseries and we quickly identified a gap in the market surrounding soft play areas and sensory play products being manufactured in the UAE. We started to manufacture our own range of soft play products, which were tailored to our clients needs.
