Quest Search & Selection is currently working with a leading retail company in the Dubai and they are looking for an eCommerce Manager. Your key role is to oversee the group's online sales and digital presence across GCC.
As the eCommerce Manager - Retail, your responsibilities include:
* Oversee the company's online sales and presence;
* Convey a consistent brand image that attracts customers on the web;
* Implement a clear merchandising strategy;
* Maximize sales and trading operations;
* Leading the merchandising team and supporting the Ecommerce Director
Requirements
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (eCommerce Manager - Retail)
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Digital Marketing or any relevant field;
* 3+ years' experience in retail industry;
* Experience managing a team of people on the same field;
* In-depth understanding of web design and web analytic software;
* Strong leadership and organizational skills;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
