Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
- Manage order processing, including tracking, shipping and returns, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics to align ecommerce strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast product demand to maintain stock availability and minimize disruptions.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns and product launches to drive traffic and sales online.
- Assist in developing ecommerce strategies that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or related roles, preferably in FMCG or B2B environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve business goals.
