ECommerce Operations Executive

Job description / Role

- Collects and analyzes supply chain data related to financial, operational and qualitative KPIs in the areas of picking and fulfillment operations with the goal of improving the organization's e-commerce promise to customers
- Analyzes large order level data sets to design, develop and automate dashboards to track key KPI performance
- Management Dashboards
- Operational Dashboards
- Tracks, analyzes and calls out KPI's and consolidates reports on overall ecommerce performance
- Build predictive systems/ mechanisms to support operations with Early Warning Systems, Customer Behaviour based operational optimization etc.
- Supports delivery of strategic ecommerce projects such as dark store implementation, network consolidation etc.
- Collaborates with country operations teams on peak event planning and process compliance tracking

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain as an Analyst
- Should have worked on projects such as (not limited to) strategy development, business planning, optimization initiatives, talent mobility, market benchmarking etc.
