About the Client:
An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE's public education sector

Job Description:
• Assist with the development of plans for the Assessment Design, Coordination & Evaluation Development & Wellbeing department, particularly focusing on Professional Development, to meet the objectives of the Education Development Sector.
• Execute operational plans within the department and provide effective and efficient support to all institutions, in close coordination with Education Sectors.
• Handle communications with Education Sectors and relevant stakeholders to ensure that HQ standards, guidelines and processes are effectively implemented.
• Execute necessary actions within the section to ensure the overall achievement of the sector and department’ objectives.
• Support with the development of regular and ad-hoc reports to the Professional Development & Wellbeing Executive Director / Director.

Requirements

Position Title: Education Specialist (KG, C1, C2, C3)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic and European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Education Curriculum & Assessment, or any relevant field
• Master’s degree in Education or any relevant field is a plus
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the education sector
• Immediately joiners will be prioritized
