Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and qualified swimming teacher assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming instruction, a commitment to water safety, and the ability to inspire and motivate learners of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment at all times.
- Implement and follow health and safety regulations, including emergency procedures.
- Work with students of various ages and abilities, adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Skills Requirements:
- Recognized swimming instructor certification.
- Valid lifeguard qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience teaching swimming to children and/or adults.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Passion for swimming and water safety.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
