Educator - Hair Care Division

Job description / Role

As an Educator for Hair Care Division for our Key Accounts, you will be responsible but not limited to the below expectations from your role:
- Prepare the detailed Annual training agenda and Calendar
- Prepare training presentation using MS program "power point presentation".
- Conduct demonstration and training for group of hair professionals.
- Conduct sales trainings and refreshment courses
- Daily in-salon training and market visits
- Ensure knowledge of physiology needed for basic hair care training by updating their skills.
- Arrange for the appointments and sessions.
- Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
- Ensure preparations are set at the required time.
- Develop reports and evaluations on the training sessions given.
- Present the items to the client and introduce the products
- Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products.
- Up selling the company brands – Vertical Distribution inside salons
- Training new joiners on company brands
- Ensure a professional method of dermatology basic training among trainees.
- Ensure beauty therapists’ applications techniques of products
- Present the items to the client and introduce the products
- Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products.
- Ensure best applications techniques of all hair products
- Prepare and submit daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and plans
- Tailor-made and frequently update the local training manuals needed for the training and learning process.
- Ensure full product knowledge and awareness of all products used within the training process has been delivered and well understood
