Job description / Role
Client is a leading facilities management company in Dubai - are looking to a hire an experience electrician/electrical engineer (preferably from the UK) to join their Safety and Training team. The successful candidate will handle the management of training of around 1000 engineers, ensuring both ability and knowledge are at the right level. They will handle this through on the job training as well as assessment of their ability in practical examination.
Requirements
- 3 years+ experience in Electrical trades background
- Degree educated
- Ability to train other team members, analysing potential areas of weakness and honing in on them with specific training to ensure compliance
- Preferably British professional looking to expatriate to the UAE
