About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Job Description:
- Oversee all electrical installations and systems for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications, and plans, ensuring they comply with local regulations and international standards.
- Manage procurement and selection of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and budgetary requirements.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems and conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience in electrical management, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing large-scale real estate or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing electrical installations for high-rise buildings and large-scale developments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
- Proficient in electrical design software, project management tools, and AutoCAD.
