Electrical Site Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality electrical infrastructure within set timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage electrical installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of electrical work to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress documentation, and site records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as they arise during construction phases.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with regulatory codes and company policies.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and electrical site staff.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer in construction projects, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional certifications or licenses related to electrical engineering are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site with a hands-on approach to project management.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
