Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
As an Electrologist / Technicians, you will be responsible for:
Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal treatment
• Carry out electrolysis treatment as per the Furless Treatment Protocol which follows the high hygienic standard of UAE.
• The highest standard of hygiene protocol must be followed ( A new pair of globes must be put it on in front of the client, as well as the mask, a sterilised tweezer must be opened in front of the customer, a brand-new probe must be opened in front of the client before doing treatment, an employee skin must be protected and never touch the client’s skin, short, skin length, nails, no nail polish, clean nails always, use a new paper bed sheet.
Treatment room / after treatment
• The treatment room must be maintained clean to the high standard of the UAE law.
• The probe must be immediately disposed to the medical box after the treatment.
• The tweezer will be put into the steriliser machine.
• Dispose the bed sheet paper and any other disposable paper used during the treatment into the bin.
• Sterilize any other equipment that you have used and you will need to use for the next client.
Sales / Consultations
• The candidate must be a sales driven
• Must be able to do consultations to clients and assets the skin.
• Call your regular clients that have not done the appointment yet to book an appointment for them.
Communication
• Please always communicate with the CRM anything that relates to the treatment.
• Always communicate to the Assistant / branch manager
Clinic Support
• Undertaking additional support and administrative tasks as required.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Qualifications And Role Requirements:
• Skin therapist, beautician, esthetician, beauty therapist or cosmetology diploma
• Be legible or hold a DHA beauty therapist diploma
• 3-5 year experience as an electrologist
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Whilst not essential, Arabic is an asset.
