Job description / Role

• Servicing Customers by Installing and servicing systems and products.
• Establishing Service by studying system requirements, gathering components, and completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintaining rapport with clients by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Maintaining customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Directing our technical support team in case of noticing any technical problems in IVMS (An Electronic device fitted in vehicle) hardware.
• Technical Support to help clients to obtain more benefits using the fleet software.

• Must have a Diploma/Degree in a Electrical/Mechanical field
• Must have 3-4 years of working experience
• Must have exceptional organizational skills
• Must have exceptional time management skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Any Nationality
• With or without Driving License
