Job description / Role
Responsible for supervision and execution of various activities relating to operation, maintenance, and repair of ELV Systems and associated equipment for all facilities in Mall, Business Tower and Apartments. Additionally, provide support services to tenants & departments when necessary.
Job Description:
• Plans preventive maintenance schedules and routine services for all ELV systems (BMS, Fire Alarm, Lighting Control, Foot count, etc.) in mall and takes corrective measures as appropriate.
• Sets Inspection criteria/checklist and ensures that external contractors carry out work as per the mall’s guidelines, HSE standards and general legislative regulations.
• Coordinates with the local authorities (Ex: Dubai Municipality, Civil Defences, etc.) during the routine audits/inspection.
• Attends to emergency situations at any point of time during the day.
• Work towards team development by setting clear job expectations, conducting performance reviews, providing supportive trainings and guidance to subordinates.
• Prepares routine and ad hoc reports, with the objective of keeping the management informed about all issues relating to operations of all facilities.
• Supervise all Service Providers and Contractors.
• Maintains an exceptional level of housekeeping for all installation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management
Skills:
• Must be familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
• Should be well aware of regulations set by local authorities.
