Job description / Role
The E-Marketing & SM Executive is responsible for all Digital Marketing initiatives and for starting and managing accounts on social media platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital Marketing strategy and planning
- Social media Marketing
- Mobile Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Website analytics
- Digital display advertising
- Pay per click Marketing
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Starting and managing accounts on the following social media platforms: Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google plus
- Starting and managing the company channel on YOUTUBE
- Starting and managing the company blog
- Managing Google AD
- Managing the company website
- Starting following new social media platform as per business requirements
Requirements
- Must: Bachelor degree in marketing
- Highly Preferable: diploma in photography and diploma in Photoshop
- Preferable 2 years’ experience in the Marketing field in the beauty industry or retails.
- Recent graduated with strong creative outlook will also be considered for this position.
Skills:
- Very strong written and spoken communication skills both Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and Power Point. Plus Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledgeable in graphic design and website update
- Excellent in social media and digital marketing
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
- Knowledge of beauty and fashion industry and constantly updated on trends
- Passionate about customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building
- Excellent organizational management skills.
- Able to analyze financial results and propose improvement
- Time management skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to handle pressure and stress
