Emergency Medicine Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic healthcare team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional medical care in emergency situations, lead clinical teams, and contribute to improving emergency services within our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients presenting with emergency medical conditions.
- Lead and supervise emergency department staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and streamline emergency care processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of emergency protocols and clinical guidelines.
- Engage in continuous professional development and train junior medical staff and residents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research, and clinical audits within the emergency department.

- Medical degree with specialization in Emergency Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE.
- Proven experience as an Emergency Medicine Consultant or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent clinical decision-making abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary:
AED 70,000 to 85,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
