We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist and Consultant to join our prestigious medical facility in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional emergency medical care, leading a team of medical professionals, and contributing to the development of emergency medicine protocols and procedures. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions and injuries.
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective emergency services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare departments and specialties to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Participate in the development and implementation of evidence-based emergency medicine protocols and guidelines.
- Contribute to the ongoing education and training of medical staff, residents, and interns in emergency medicine practices and procedures.
- Participate in research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development activities to enhance the quality of emergency medical services.

- Medical degree from a recognized institution, with board certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience in emergency medicine, with a proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex and critical emergency cases, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to emergency care.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
