Job description / Role
Our Graduate Development Program has been designed to help create our future leaders and offers a professional development opportunity in luxurious industry to talented UAE Nationals.
Throughout the program you will gain exposure to bespoke training, development and practical experience to kick start your career with us. You will experience many different areas of our growing business to help maximize your learning and reach your full potential in the group.
Alongside our structured and specially designed learning initiatives, you will also have responsibility from day one working on real-life assignments and projects, giving hands on experience to compliment your learning journey.
How the program works
Marketing – In our marketing stream, you could be exposed to marketing and promotions, different brands planning, visual merchandising, supplier’s / customers relationship, media and PR plans, CRM and digital marketing.
Upon starting with us you will receive a 1-week induction program to learn more about Chalhoub Group, our structure, our business, the industry we work in, how the program will work and how to gain the best from it.
Throughout the 18-month program you will do 3 role rotations in your selected stream - each will last for 6 months – this will help you to maximize your learning, experience different areas of our business
Learning and development
During the program, you will experience many structured learning and development initiatives. These initiatives will include mentoring and coaching from current Chalhoub Group colleagues, functional training specific to the stream you are in and business fundamental training such as presentation skills, project management, problem solving and decision making.
You will also receive regular feedback, and reviews to ensure you are getting the best out of the program and that you are on the right track.
Finally, you will also be part of a graduate development community, working and networking with other graduates on the program and you will also have the opportunity to coach and mentor future graduates.

Job Responsibility:
• Complete three rotations, a total of 18 months.
• Adhere to Chalhoub Group values, policies and procedures.
• Follow the overall discipline of the Emirati Graduate Program
• Deliver high quality results for the assignments / projects in a timely manner
Requirements
Who can apply:
• Emirati Nationals: Applicants must have a valid Emirati passport along with the Family Book (Khulasat Al-Qaid)
• Fresh graduates with a Bachelor Degree in same or similar development stream from an accredited institution. Graduated within last 2 years;
• Academic Performance: GPA not less than 2.7 (proof of marks)
• Age must be 21 to 26 years old.
