Position Title: Architectural Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 45,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus, insurance and annual airline ticket
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Additionally, they offer a wide range of products from food and electronics to hardware and household appliances.
Job Role:
• Perform the functions of Architectural (planning & designing) and supervise the construction
• Produce and create architectural designs for different type of buildings and projects in accordance with a brief of specification/ brief study / report including: concept design / budget and time frame
• Plan / Design interior layouts as per company, cost, and authority requirement
• Review all post contract technical documents
• Attend project meetings with various departments, consultants and contractors
• Plan and communicate targets for project completion
• Prepare and revise costing and estimations for related works executed throughout the project
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to UAE Nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction / architectural fields and activities
• Knowledge in latest construction trends and developments in planning and designing, labor markets and material rates
• Experienced in project management / buildings materials specification / site management
• Strong planning, organization, project management, negotiation and communication skills
• PC literate
