Job description / Role
Emirati Assistant Manager (Engineering Contracts) Up To 35k Aed for a Government Entity Company Base
• Preparation of annual department business plan and budget for ED approval.
• Preparation of initial project cost plan and cash flow forecast to prepare feasibility by I&T section and continuous updates for new projects introduced by Management and monitor
• Prepare, review and assist the tendering cycle such as RFP/TOR, tender document and tender negotiation etc
• Review and follow formalities to make contract agreements
• Review project contractor program and give required recommendation to the project manager
• Certify interim and final payment for contractors and consultants
• Review and certify ED approval variations and claims
• Mediate for contract dispute resolution between contractor and company in liase with engineer
• Review, monitor consultant and contractor design and site staff performance
• Accumulate project details such as built drawing, operation maintenance manual
• Review and approve company's plot tenants works as per company planning and construction regulation
• Liaise with project consultant for any structural validation for tenants proposed office building works after completion
Requirements

• SALARY: up to 35,000 AED all-inclusive depending on qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Emirati nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related course
• At least 5 years’ experience in facility services environment
• Family book is a must
