Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Emirati candidate to join our team as an Audit Associate or ICV Associate. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in auditing or ICV (In-Country Value) services.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Associate Responsibilities:

-Assist with financial audits across various industries
-Perform audit testing and documentation
-Support senior auditors with fieldwork and report preparation
-Ensure compliance with audit standards and company policies

ICV Associate Responsibilities:

-Receive and respond to client enquiries, Coordinate with accounts team, execution team, partners, and clients.
-Provide all kinds of administrative support to the ICV team auditors, managers, directors, partners and ICV clients.
-Prepare and update proposals, LOEs, Letters, final ICV reports, filing and maintaining records.
-Communicate with clients and act as Client Relationship Representative.
-Collect and analyze data related to ICV initiatives. Keep up to date with ICV regulations and requirements. Liaise with internal team to ensure compliance with ICV requirements.
-Maintain accurate records of all ICV engagements.
-Prepare reports on ICV performance and progress.

-UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
-Strong analytical skills
-Eager to learn and develop professionally
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Excellent communication skills, Problem solving, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
