Emirati Call Center Agent up to 25k Aed for an Automotive Company in Sharjah

- POSITION: Call Center Agent
- SALARY: up to 25K AED full package depending on qualifications and years of experience
- HIRING COMPANY: Automotive Company
- LOCATION: Sharjah, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to Emirati nationals
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Upsell products and services
- Complete call logs and reports

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic and English language
- Previous experience in scheduling and registration is preferred
