• Position Title: Emirati Customer Happiness Manager
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Salary: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
• Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client:
• One of UAE's largest and most trusted business setup advisory firms, the client is engaged in to serve as a one-stop shop, from company registration with flexible payment plans, to offering value added services to help SMEs sustain and grow their businesses.

Job Role:
• Serve customers through various channels such as in person, email, calls etc.
• To attain set KPI on Customer Satisfaction that is measured through surveys
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Participate in management meetings and take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission and develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Recruit, mentor, develop and manage customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
• Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Adhere to and manage the approved budget and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements

Requirements:
• 38 years old and below
• Open to Emirati candidates
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• At least 2 years of proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
• Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
• Proficiency in using customer service software, database and tools
• Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
• Strong client-facing, communication and negotiation skills
• Must be committed with positive attitude
