Emirati Finance Operations Clerk

Irwin & Dow are currently seeking an Emirati national Finance Graduate for this global insurance provider that is an employer of choice for many across the world.

Available only to Emirati nationals (with family book) the role of Finance Operations Clerk will be a fantastic start to a finance graduate's career, or someone with up to a maximum of 2 years’ experience. The role will involve basic finance operations including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliation and data entry. Additional tasks to support the finance function will involve assigning of transaction codes, journal entries, verification and sorting of claims, bills, invoices and vouchers, all to strict compliance, internal and industry guidelines. The role of Finance Operations Clerk will also involve the handling of customer queries to identify and resolve issues and problematic transactions, ensuring a smooth process for customers at all times. Therefore, you are required to possess excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Requirements

Those Emirati nationals applying for this role must have a strong passion for finance. You will be a motivated and positive individual, able to take on challenges and work both with autonomy and within a team, to ensure all finance deadlines are met. Additionally you will be willing to learn and take direction from peers and seniors to forge a career in finance for the future. You will be educated with a relevant finance degree and/ or qualification and possess strong communications skills in your native Arabic in addition to English.
