Job description / Role
Position Title: Emirati Leasing Executive
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 18,000 AED plus annual bonus, annual ticket leave allowance and insurance depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
• Support Leasing Manager in day- to-day operation of leasing and tenancy section in terms of negotiating, lease agreements, tenants’ services, etc. to ensure achieving section‘s financial and non-financial goals
• Support the entire retail leasing process
• Search for new brands to promote the property department
• Conduct branch visits to ensure tenants compliance to UCS ‘s Policies and guidelines
• Negotiate rents with tenants if required, in coordination with Leasing Manager
• Draft Letters of Intent, Memorandum of Understanding, Initial Lease Approval Forms, amendments, and other documents.
• Print Leasing Offers and Lease Agreements
• Prepare and print Lease Approval Memos for Division Manager, GM, and Committee approval, etc. (as per the authority matrix & procedures)
• Follow up and collect payment and signed Lease Agreements
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to UAE nationals
• Male, 25 – 35 years old
• High School graduate or with Bachelor’s Degree in any related course
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role
• With good knowledge of the retail leasing process and tenancy agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and written skills both Arabic and English
